People on the Move: Yoder, Rougier, Keeton

anuvia450Anuvia Plant Nutrients, a new plant nutrient company to be headquartered in Zellwood, Fla., hired Amy Yoder as its CEO. The company is focused on a new way of manufacturing an enhanced efficiency fertilizer for the turf and agricultural industries. As a 20-year veteran of the agricultural industry, Yoder has held sales, marketing and executive positions in the crop protection and fertilizer industries. Most recently, she served as president and CEO of Arysta LifeScience North America.

Bayer CropScience appointed Glen Rougier to head of marketing for its Environmental Science’s North American turf and ornamental business. In his new position, Rougier is responsible for driving innovation, portfolio development, communications and customer programs through his integrated team, the company says. He has been with Bayer for 12 years, assuming various roles in strategy and operations. Most recently, he served as director of strategic marketing for the Bayer Healthcare Radiology business.

Unique Lighting Systems hired Neb Keeton as district sales manager for Southern California. He will report to Brian Qualls, area business manager of the West Region. Keeton has held numerous roles with Horizon Distributors in Arizona, Mexico and Southern California throughout his 20-year career. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Phoenix and speaks fluent Spanish.
