Husqvarna launched two new products, the 525L Professional Trimmer and the 525HF3S Hedge Trimmer. Both products are a part of the company’s 500 Series platform of professional handheld equipment.
Like other Husqvarna 500 Series products, each of these products features X-Torq engine technology, which is designed for fuel economy and lower exhaust emissions. It also features LowVib, an anti-vibration dampener system that maximizes user comfort with a floating throttle handle, the company says.
“Tough jobs require reliable performance, and these stellar additions to the Husqvarna 500 Series are built to accommodate the needs of the professional,” said Vice President and General Manager of Husqvarna North America Jeff Dewosky. “The entire line is popular with professionals who demand versatility, durability and innovative features.”
The Husqvarna 525HF3S Hedge Trimmer is a low-weight fixed pole hedge trimmer that comes with an in-line gearbox and is ideal for the professional landscaper, who balances durability with safety with balance and optimal positioning, the company says. The MSRP in the U.S. is $439.95.
According to Husqvarna, the 525L Professional Trimmer is ideal for semi-professional use and built for demanding trimming at an economical price, and its Smart Start feature is designed to get the engine running with minimal effort. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) in the U.S. is $299.95.
The Husqvarna 500 Series of trimmers, brushcutters, clearing saws, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws is available at authorized Husqvarna dealers throughout North America and globally. There, authorized technicians service all Husqvarna equipment, and dealers have easy access to Husqvarna genuine spare parts. Professional landscapers and tree care experts have the option of financing their purchases through the Husqvarna Fleet Finance program.
