The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA)’s annual Manufacturer Relations Survey ranked Echo and Shindaiwa at Gold Level Status.
The Gold Level Award recognizes manufacturers who have achieved high dealer ratings in categories such as product quality, technical support, parts availability, marketing and advertising support. A manufacturer’s level is determined by the results of dealer evaluation data from the survey. For the survey, dealers must evaluate the companies whose products they sell in areas correlated to a dealer’s operational model.
This year, the survey received more than 6,000 manufacturer ratings.
“Achieving Gold Level Status is an honor for Echo and for our North American distributors who work tirelessly to provide dealers with the support they need to grow their handheld product sales and profits each year,” said Mike Best, vice president of sales and marketing at Echo. “Receiving this status for both brands for a second year is a tribute to the dedication and hard work of all involved.”
