Five interior plantscape companies came together to form a peer group called Pinnacle V, which focuses on being “innovative green industry leaders.”
The companies that formed Pinnacle V include Buckingham Greenery, Buckingham, Va.; FosterPlants, Miami, Fla.; Greenery Office Interiors, Calgary, Alberta; Plantscapers, Irvine, Calif.; and Raimondi Horticultural Group, Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J.
Pinnacle V was formed earlier this year after a three-day retreat based on transparency in business.
The peer group is based on five premises: integrity, relationship, communication, collaboration and cohesiveness. Its current focus is on nationwide recruiting and training, sharing marketing best practices, financial benchmarking, human resources collaboration, developing client pipelines and sharing pricing among industry and non-industry vendors.
Jason Cupp, a Kolbe Certified Growth Consultant with Kincaide, is the group representative and facilitator. He also serves as management consultant for each company.
The group’s next face-to-face retreat will be held early June in Balboa Island in Orange County, Calif.
