On March 4, the Irrigation Association (IA) is relocating its office to a new location in Fairfax, Va. All phone and fax numbers will stay the same.
IA has been at its current Falls Church, Va., location since 1999, when it had eight staff members and a budget of just under $1.4 million. Today, the association has 15 full-time and six part-time employees and an annual budget of $3.5 million. The move will allow IA to better serve its members through hosting classes and meetings on-site, according to the group.
Due to the relocation, offices will be closed for on Wednesday and will re-open on March 5. The IA website also will be temporarily unavailable Wednesday. Staff members will respond to any messages received during the move when they return on Thursday.
