MaxLite appointed Paul Shaskan to vice president of operations.
In the newly created position, Shaskan will oversee the expansion of assembly and production lines at the company’s West Caldwell, N.J., headquarters and new facility in Anaheim, Calif., as well as manage global operations at MaxLite offices in China and Korea. Shaskan will report to MaxLite General Manager Todd Kim.

Prior to joining MaxLite, Shaskan was vice president of operations at Amerlux and director of operations at Zumtobel Lighting. He previously held positions in engineering and production management at PortaSystems and Breed Technologies. Shaskan earned a B.A. in mechanical engineering from Union College and is a graduate of the Columbia Business School Senior Executive Program.
