ECHO and Shindaiwa ranked at gold level status in the North American Equipment Dealers Association’s (NAEDA) annual Manufacturer Relations Survey.
The designation recognizes manufacturers who have achieved exceptionally high dealer ratings in categories such as product quality, technical support, parts availability, marketing and advertising support and others. The level is determined from the results of dealer evaluation data collected from the annual survey, which asks dealers to evaluate companies whose products they sell in areas correlated to a dealer’s operational model.
“Achieving gold level status is an honor for ECHO and for our North American distributors who work tirelessly to provide dealers with the support they need to grow their handheld product sales and profits each year,” said Mike Best, VP of Sales and Marketing at ECHO.
