Winston-Salem, N.C.-based The Budd Group acquired The Grounds Crew, based in Orlando, Fla., and assumed management of landscape services on Feb. 1.
The Budd Group, a regional facilities services company, said in a release this acquisition is a strategic decision to expand its market penetration in the Southeast. The Grounds Crew employees will be integrated into The Budd Group’s existing Orlando branch.
