Ewing, a Phoenix-based distributor of irrigation and landscape products, has restructured its operations to add flexibility and improve sales.

Ewing has made some significant changes to the structure of its company and leadership, appointing three new vice presidents to oversee Ewing’s Western, Central and Eastern Divisions.
- J.R. Richards, vice president, Western Division, oversees and supports the Pacific Northwest, California and Southwestern regions. Richards previously served as regional manager for Ewing’s Southwest territory.
- Jay Riviere, vice president, Central Division oversees and supports the Rocky Mountain, Midwest and Texas regions. Previously, Riviere served as Ewing’s South Texas regional manager.
- Ray Murphy, vice president, Eastern Division, oversees and supports the Southeast, East Coast and Florida regions. Murphy previously served as regional manager of Ewing’s Southeast territory.
Additionally, Jim Hudson has accepted the new position of vice president of sales for Ewing. Hudson’s responsibilities include market analysis and development and oversight of Ewing’s sales programs and processes, as well as providing support for product sales managers, divisional vice presidents and regional managers.
