Davey names corporate officers

The Davey Tree Expert Co. has appointed three new corporate officers.

Dan Joy is vice president and general manager of the Commercial Landscape Services division and has 37 years of experience in the industry. Joy has worked in multiple areas of the company, starting in the utility division before transitioning to the residential division and then the commercial grounds management division.

Brent Repenning is vice president and general manager of Davey Resource Group (DRG), a position he has held since 2010. He joined DRG in 1994 and held positions of increasing responsibility until 2009 when he became vice president of eastern operations for DRG.

Mark Vaughn is vice president and general manager of eastern Utility Services. A Davey employee who been with the company more than 40 years, he has held a variety of positions from trimmer to vice president. Before his promotion to his current position in 2010, Vaughn was vice president, operations for eastern Utility Services.

“All of these new officers have a wealth of experience within their respective marketplaces,” said Davey’s Chairman, President and CEO Karl Warnke. “This experience, combined with their dedication towards the company and industry, will be a valuable tool to help Davey to reach its strategic goals.”
