The Training Top 125 is an annual ranking that honors organizations around the world that offer outstanding employer-sponsored workforce training and development. Winners include Farmers Insurance, Jiffy Lube International, Verizon and PNC Financial Services Group.

“Our jump into the Top 100 is an incredible honor,” said ValleyCrest Vice President of Training Parke Kallenberg. “We strive for continuous improvement and pride ourselves on our highly tenured workforce and superior customer satisfaction. Both of those are a reflection of the importance we place on our training program.”

Now in its 13th year, the Training Top 125 ranking is based on such benchmarking statistics as total training budget; percentage of payroll; number of training hours per employee program; goals, evaluation, measurement, and workplace surveys; hours of training per employee annually; and detailed formal programs. Rankings are determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
