Weed Man made “Momentum” its theme for its annual conference in December, and it’s the company’s overarching mantra for 2026 as it merges its Epic3 and LND groups into a “super group.”
“I couldn’t be more excited to be merging with Epic3,” said LND’s Brandon Burns. “The thinking, culture and desire to win were so similar across our groups that I felt like combining our companies would create unparalleled synergies. It’s going to be a great fit.”
These feelings were echoed by Epic3’s Andy Kurth, who said, “We’re bringing long-time friends into the E3 family to officially go coast-to-coast. It’s all about creating more opportunities for our people and better serving our communities.”
The merger will bring the following territories under one united banner.
- Epic3 Group: Austin, Texas; Buda, Texas; Dallas East, Texas; Fort Worth South, Texas; Oklahoma City, Okla.; Boise, Idaho; Ogden, Utah; Salt Lake City, Utah; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Denver; Arvada, Colo.; Elgin, Ill.; Naperville, Ill.; Des Moines, Iowa; Iowa City, Iowa; South Kansas City, Mo.; North Kansas City, Mo.; Springfield, Mo.; Omaha, Neb.; Green Bay, Wis.; Janesville, Wis.; Madison, Wis.; Hartford, Wis.; Milwaukee; Seattle, Wash.; NW Arkansas, Ark.
- LND Group: Arlington Heights, Ill.; Boston; Cleveland; Merrillville, Ind.; Racine, Wis.; Fort Wayne, Ind.
In addition to this merger, the Epic3 Group has also acquired Aurora, Ill., and Buffalo East, N.Y.
“These deals aren’t just strategic moves. They’re force multipliers. By uniting our strengths, we’re creating a new industry benchmark and unlocking opportunities neither group could achieve alone,” said Jennifer Lemke, owner and CEO of Weed Man. “This represents a major step forward in our mission to become a $1 billion company. Two of our powerhouse groups joining their resources together is going to mean great things for this company.”
When asked what this will mean for customers in these territories, Kurth said, “It’s the same local service they love, just backed by more resources. Whether they’re in the Midwest or our new Boston territory, they’re getting the full E3 standard.
“It’s about growing the right way. We want to scale our ‘people’ and ‘community’ pillars, and bringing in a great team we already trust lets us do that without losing our identity and enables us to continue to put people first.”
Burns added that this creates a new opportunity for existing team members to build career momentum.
“This will also create awesome opportunities for all of our employees, should they want to raise their hand for a potential promotion,” Burns said.
