Rebolt launches AI-powered CRM and voice assistant for home service pros

Rebolt (formerly BuiltRight), a U.S.-based home service marketing and operations platform, launched the Rebolt CRM — a fully integrated system designed to capture, manage and close every lead without adding complexity to a contractor’s day. 

The launch marks a significant expansion for Rebolt, which entered the market in June 2024 as a marketing engine for home service businesses — building websites, driving SEO, managing reviews and running social media. After working closely with its customer base, the company identified a critical gap: Contractors were generating more leads than they could handle, but losing revenue because they were too busy working jobs to answer the phone. 

“Today is the biggest launch we’ve had at Rebolt since inception,” said Will Wallace, co-founder of Rebolt. We launched with a simple goal: help home service pros get more jobs. So we built the marketing engine. We became the front door for thousands of businesses. But then we saw the problem — the phone would ring and pros couldn’t pick up because they’re hard at work. Leads would come in and go stale. Great businesses were leaking revenue everywhere. So we had to go deeper. Not just generate demand, but capture it, run it and close it.” 

Unlike general-purpose CRMs that require contractors to manage dashboards and manually follow up, the Rebolt CRM is designed to do the work on behalf of the business. When a call comes in, the AI voice assistant answers, qualifies the lead and schedules the job. When a quote is sent, the system follows up automatically. When a job is completed, it requests the review and converts completed work into marketing content — closing the loop between operations and new customer acquisition. 

The platform connects leads, quotes, invoices and payments in a single workflow with an AI-first architecture at its core. Pricing starts at $82/month at launch for the CRM standalone, with the full Rebolt Solution bundle — including the marketing kit — available at $290/month (billed annually). 

“Pros don’t want more software. They don’t want another dashboard and more buttons to click. They want less. We think being AI-first is now table stakes — it’s no longer innovative, it’s how you provide the best UX for users,” Wallace said. So we’re asking pros: Does your software actually do the work? Or does it just give you more work to do? We believe the future looks like this: You run the business. The system runs everything else.”
