76 Fence is making a major investment in Texas with the launch of 38 new territories across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The development, led by entrepreneur, asset coach and tax strategist Bob Wolf, is the largest multi-territory deal in the brand’s history and positions Texas as the anchor market of the 76 Fence system nationwide.
Wolf is a seasoned business strategist and founder of multiple businesses and built his career helping clients achieve long-term success through disciplined, asset and tax planning. He is now applying that same strategy to the fencing industry, with an approach designed for scalability, community service and job creation.
“Our goal in Dallas-Fort Worth is not just to launch territories, but to build a system that sets the standard for exceptional service,” said Bob Wolf, 76 Fence Central Texas regional developer and multi-territory franchise owner. “We’ve structured this expansion to focus on people first — our customers, our crews, and our communities. With dedicated training, support, and a values-driven approach, we’re committed to building lasting relationships and delivering service that goes far beyond a transaction.”
Wolf’s DFW expansion will open in phases, using a model of rolling out four to five territories at a time, with new territories scheduled to launch every 180 days. Each grouping of four to five territories will be supported by a leadership team overseeing sales, project management, crew partnerships and customer experience.
The expansion is expected to create more than 150 jobs in Texas over the next three years, ranging from management and sales to operational support and partnerships with crews. The first five territories, based in McKinney, will serve McKinney, Carrollton, Plano, Frisco and Allen.
“This deal marks a milestone moment for 76 Fence,” said Ed Samane, CEO of 76 Fence. “Bob and his team bring not only investment capital, but also a strong commitment to training, values, and delivering consistent quality at scale. Their 38-territory expansion positions Texas as our anchor market and reflects the way large-scale franchise growth can be achieved while keeping service, integrity, and people at the center.”
76 Fence offers customized fencing solutions for residential, commercial and HOA properties, providing a wide array of products including wood, vinyl, aluminum, composite, ornamental metal, steel, chain link and privacy fencing. Services also include security and pool enclosures, along with commercial-grade installations for schools, businesses and municipalities. Franchisees are trained to deliver solutions with premium materials, competitive pricing, open communication and professional project management, supported by national vendor partnerships and ongoing operational training.
Since launching its franchise program in late 2023, 76 Fence has expanded into Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania and Texas. With DFW as the company’s largest investment to date, the brand now anchors its system in Texas while planning to announce additional growth in other states.
The Dallas-Fort Worth expansion comes at a time when demand for fencing in the United States is on the rise. In 2024, the U.S. fencing industry is valued at approximately $9.8 billion, with continued growth driven by increased housing development and major infrastructure projects.
“At the end of the day, we don’t just want to be known for fences,” said Wolf. “We want to be known for building trust, creating opportunities, and supporting the communities we serve. When we put people first — from our clients to our crews — success will follow.”
