Bob and Dean Walker have been working together at Walker Manufacturing for 50 years as of this June. Their collaboration has been instrumental in shaping the company into what its become. Today, Bob serves as chairman, while Dean is the chief product officer, and both remain actively involved in the company’s daily operations. Alongside their ongoing roles, they have been dedicated to mentoring and coaching the third generation of the Walker family, Ryan and Ted Walker, who have taken on increasing leadership responsibilities in recent years and have served as president and executive vice president, respectively, since 2019.
