ServiceTitan, a cloud-based software platform designed to power the trades, made its market debut (Nasdaq: TTAN), and in tandem, designated Dec. 12 as the annual “Day of the Trades” and is launching “Power the Nation” — a national, ongoing campaign showcasing its customers’ philanthropic work and community impact.

Through Power the Nation, ServiceTitan’s customers across the U.S., including AirWorks Solutions, North by Northwest, Gulfshore Air Conditioning & Heating and Astar Heating & Air, selected local nonprofits to provide a free critical service (HVAC installation, landscape renovation and more).

ServiceTitan aimed to have its customers showcase the real-world benefits of their skills for organizations doing good in their communities.

  • North by Northwest, a family-run, commercial landscaping business, executed a two-day landscaping makeover for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, an Austin-based nonprofit aimed to provide comfort care, stability and resources for families navigating their child’s medical care away from home.
  • Gulfshore Air Conditioning & Heating, a full-service HVAC company specializing in custom system design, installed multiple mini-split heating and cooling systems for Grace Rides, a local nonprofit dedicated to equine-assisted therapy.
  • Astar Heating & Air, a heating, A/C, plumbing and indoor air quality services provider, installed new, high-efficiency boiler systems for ADAPT of the Hudson Valley, a nonprofit in New York supporting adults with disabilities.
  • AirWorks Solutions provided 4 Kids 2 Kids, a local nonprofit organization that provides a safe haven for teens who have been victims of human trafficking, with new HVAC systems.

ServiceTitan intends for Power the Nation to eventually extend to ServiceTitan customers in all 50 U.S. states, Canada and Australia.

ServiceTitan said even with demanding schedules, tradespeople don’t just power our homes and businesses — they power their communities. Many contractors actively participate in initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of others, and with Power the Nation, ServiceTitan wants to help shine a light on these endeavors.

ServiceTitan customers who wish to partner with the company on a Power the Nation project can submit an idea for consideration on the ServiceTitan Day of the Trades page on its website.
