Chris Mark & Sons Landscape (CMS), a provider of landscaping services on Cape Cod, Mass., acquired Hoxie Landscape, a longtime landscaping company in the region. This merger marks a new chapter for both companies and will provide clients with an expanded range of landscaping services and enhanced customer care.
According to the company, CMS and Hoxie Landscape’s combined expertise allows clients to take advantage of a broader selection of landscaping solutions. These include expanded design offerings, improved project management capabilities and enhanced maintenance options, all of which prioritize high-quality service.
While the acquisition brings new possibilities, CMS said its core values of reliability and exceptional customer service remain unchanged. Bob Hoxie and Rick Cox, key figures from Hoxie Landscape, will continue to play an active role in client interactions, allowing them to focus even more on personalized service and satisfaction.
CMS aims to provide a smooth and transparent transition, meaning clients can expect no disruptions in the services they currently enjoy, and all pricing will be honored through the end of 2024. Early in 2025, CMS will contact clients to discuss plans for the upcoming season.
