Fairway Lawns of Little Rock, Ark., acquired central Florida’s Tri-County Lawn and Ornamental, as announced by the Clendenin Consulting Group.
According to the company, the acquisition provides Tri-County owners Kevin and Trisha Ackman a perfect exit and continues Fairway Lawn’s expansion in Florida.
“This was a good match, and we are very happy to join up with Fairway,” Kevin Ackman said. “They also have the reputation for customer service and for providing a great work environment for our employees as they smoothly transition to Fairway.”
The Clendenin Consulting Group was the sole advisor for Tri-County in this transaction.
Tri-County is just one in a string of acquisitions Fairway Lawns has made in the past two years as it continues its growth throughout the U.S. The company has also added Real Turf Solutions in Florida, Green Queen headquartered in Atlanta, One Call in Ohio, Kapp’s Green Lawns of Fort Wayne, Ind., Your Green Team and Next Level Turf Management in Florida, Luv-A-Lawn and Pest Control located in St. Cloud, Fla., and Plant-It-Earth and Pest Control in Plant City, Fla.
