Oil filter maker FRAM‘s new Ultra Synthetic oil filter features a two-ply media design. The high-flow filter’s second-generation design features screenless media technology, eliminating a metal screen that had been used for structural support. This is replaced with two-ply material. One side consists of a synthetic blend for durable structure and filtering support and the other is a fully synthetic media that offers higher flow efficiency and superior filtration performance.

More than 90 percent of FRAM Ultra Synthetic oil filters are developed, engineered and made in the USA. They are easy to install and are designed to work with all motor oil types to deliver top performance and protection in all driving conditions.
