BrightView Holdings acquired All Commercial Landscape Services (ALCS), a commercial landscaping company headquartered in Fresno, Calif. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ACLS is a full-service landscaping company specializing in landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancement, arbor care and water management. The company’s clients include commercial, municipal, multifamily and retail organizations throughout the greater Fresno market.
