LMN released 4 o’clock 4, a daily planning app for smartphone users. This new app is available for free at the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.
The app offers a simple way to communicate daily job updates. According to LMN, it will boost productivity, force managers to eliminate/reduce waste and obstacles, and improve communication between the field and the office.
Users will be asked the following four questions each day:
- What are your top three priorities/goals for tomorrow?
- What did you get completed today?
- What obstacles are slowing you down?
- What do you need from me?
The app automatically sends an email to users’ direct supervisor, providing a clearer understanding of what needs to be done, how it needs to be done and when it needs to be done.
