True North Landscaping and Heath Outdoor, both located in Indianapolis joined forces to form one company, with Heath and Travis Hurst acting as sole owners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company names, brands and websites will remain separate. The teams, invoicing and some of the marketing will be combined. Both teams will be working on many projects together, and the change will allow the company to be a more comprehensive, “all-in-one” landscaping and grounds maintenance service provider.
“For multiple reasons, the timing is perfect, and this is a wonderful thing for my family, for True North and for Heath Outdoor,” said Cory Gliege, previous owner and operations manager of True North. “I have tremendous respect for the work ethic, integrity and vision of Heath and Travis Hurst and the company they’re building. I will continue to remain involved in a consulting and sales capacity, along with operating our nursery on a wholesale level (…) This is so True North can continue to grow, and so our people will continue to have good opportunity for their own growth and healthy careers.”
